⚙️ Provider API

Your SMM panel API endpoint.

API key from your SMM panel.

How much 1 unit of your provider's currency is worth in your store currency. Example: provider bills in USD and your store is SEK → enter 10.50. Used by Analytics to convert real provider charges into store-currency cost & margin. Leave as 1 if both currencies match.

Enable Auto-Refunds

Hourly cron job checks provider status and issues refunds automatically.

🛡️ Refill Guarantee

A daily job re-checks the follower count of completed Followers orders. If the count drops below the guaranteed level within the window, it automatically fires a provider refill. This spends provider balance automatically — leave it off until your provider service IDs support refills.

Enable Refill Guarantee

Off by default. When on, runs a daily auto-refill check for Followers orders.

How long after completion an order stays eligible for auto-refill. Default: 60.

Only refill once the count drops more than this % below the delivered level. Default: 5.

Hard cap on automatic refills per order item. Default: 3.

🔀 Backup Service IDs (Same-Provider Failover)

If a Service ID above gets rejected or runs dry, the order can automatically retry once against a backup Service ID on the same provider account before it's marked failed. One pair per line, format primary=backup (e.g. 1234=5678).

Enable Backup Service IDs

Off by default.

Only used for Service IDs that appear here. Any Service ID without a backup line just fails the way it always has.
